How long does made to order take?
Manufacturing your garments takes up to 14 days from the point of order. After the manufacture period it will then get dispatched according to your chosen shipping method.
How do I customise my order?
We customise the length of most of our garments (check each individual product listing for more information) you can put your measurements in the notes on your order or email use at hello@kohrfashion.com
How is KOHR sustainable?

Is KOHRs packaging sustainable?
Yes! We send your order wrapped in recycled tissue paper, with a plantable (with seeds) swing tag, a recycled sticker and a recyclable message card all inside a biodegradable poly mailer bag.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes! At the checkout you can check the shipping rates for each individual country. Shipping times and prices may vary.
How do I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Email us at hello@kohrfashion.com to process your return. We do not accept returns on custom orders or our sample sale. The cost of shipping the return is the customers responsibility.
